Parent
Information

Parent Information
  • Meals are provided every day (lunch only for Day Camp).
  • Each camper has the personal attention of his/her cabin counselor at all times.
  • Special accident insurance covers all camper and counselors.
  • Life guards always on duty when campers are swimming.
  • Complete medical facilities are available in Russellville, 20 minutes away. There is also a nurse provided on site at every session.
  • A staff of devoted Christian counselors, Bible teachers, and recreational leaders will share in directing the program.
  • The camp phone is for emergencies and camp business only.
Visits & Calls
  • Simply, we do not allow visits or calls during the week. We understand that you may wish to visit or call your camper during the week. Please keep in mind that visiting can often cause younger campers, who are having a great time, to become homesick.
  • If your camper needs you, we will let them call. We do not let kids call home to "check-in" every day.
  • Please feel free to send mail to encourage your camper. The camp address is 857 SR 164 N Hector, AR 72843.
Cabin-mate Requests
  • Requests are submitted when you register your camper. We do our best to honor these requests but they are not guaranteed.
  • Early registration is a huge help in matching your camper with their friend.
Cabin Organization
  • Cabins are organized according to gender and grade. The number of registered campers in a given grade determines how many cabins we have for that age group.

Check-in &
Check-out

Check-IN & Check-Out
Check-in
  • Day Camp....
  • Overnight camp check-in will be at 3:00 pm on the day the session begins in the Dining Hall.
Check-out
  • No camper is to leave the grounds at any time without the consent of the session director.
  • The camp session is only 3-6 days long. Please refrain from taking campers away from camp during this short stay. If possible, please do not schedule appointments for the doctor or dentist or make other family plans during the week. We understand that many campers play softball and baseball during the summer and may have practice or games during this week. We ask that you try and make arrangements for them to stay at camp.
  • Parents, please try to avoid picking up campers before pick up times. Campers hate to leave while their friends stay and have fun!
  • If a camper must leave before scheduled time, advance notice must be given to the session director. Please call office at 479-331-4924 if need arises during the week.
  • You must check in with the office so you can be let in to the camp through the gate.

Rules &
Boundries

Rules and Boundries
  • Our organization takes the protection of our youth very seriously. You know your child better than anyone, we ask that you discuss our organization's Code of Conduct with them before they arrive.
  • Help us educate your child on what is acceptable and unacceptable behavior for staff and/or youth. This effort will not only help protect them, but our staff and other youth as well.
  • While we DO NOT discuss sexuality as part of our curriculum, it is important that they have an age appropriate discussion with you before they come. The video below is a way to help discuss our rules and boundaries.
